Checking in

Relax on arrival with complementary refreshments in our spacious and peaceful Guest Lounge where you can prepare for tomorrow's meetings or plan your day out exploring the historic city of Lincoln. This room is free of television to ensure guests have a quiet haven to relax in at the end of the day. There are plenty of magazines and books to browse through.

Refreshments

Whilst of course there is a complimentary tray in your bedroom, we encourage our guests to make use of the house on a 'home from home' basis. In the Guest Lounge there is always tea and coffee making facilities. Just to make it a little more like home there is always a plentiful supply of cakes and we invite you to avail yourself of these refreshments at any time of the day or night.

For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a no smoking policy within the Guesthouse. Outside there is plenty of seating and ashtrays for guests to make use of. Should the weather be a bit inclement, there is a covered arbour where guests can smoke in comfort.

Internet Access

If you have your smart device with you, then browse the internet via our fast broadband WiFi facility with our compliments available in all bedrooms and in the garden too. If you need to print emails or reports, then a colour printer is available to guests on request.

Parking

Parking is available in the three streets to either side and to the rear of the Guest House. This on-street parking is free and unrestricted.

Continental Breakfast

A continental breakfast selection is prepared in the morning and served in the dining room. Anna and Iain will be on hand to make fresh tea and coffee for you and to have a chat about your plans for the day. The option to take your continental breakfast with you in a bag is also available. Continental breakfast consists of fresh fruit and fruit juice, cheeses, cold meats, boiled eggs, granola-yoghurt starters, and Anna’s home-made oatie cookies. Please advise us in advance of any dietary needs you would wish us to cater for.

Drinks

Our Drinks License allows us to provide alcoholic refreshments and these are available from midday until late in the evening. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a drink before you go out for dinner or unwind with the refreshment of your choice after a day of work or exploration in the comfortable and homely Guest Lounge. We stock a selection of beers, lagers and ciders and wines from around the world. The most popular spirits are also available too.

We are also licensed for 'off sales' so if you are having a day out with a picnic, don’t forget to select your refreshments before you go.

The Guest Patio Garden

Our guest patio garden offers a quiet tranquil place to enable you to enjoy a drink or your own lunch outside surrounded by a host of interesting things to look at courtesy of Anna’s imagination and her keen eye for finding the more quirky garden decorations. There is a variety of seating and tables available to make your Creston Villa experience one to remember.
